Default Hello all

Hi there,

The new Alpina site looks good, thanks for time and effort to start and run this. Looking forward to being a member here. I've had my 1989 B10 for about 4 years now and I love the car. It performs well and has a incredible presence that turns heads even in todays world. It's pure joy to drive.
I have no plans to acquire another Aplina at the moment but if a vintage model comes along that needs some TLC I'll probably be all over it....lol. Right now my car runs strong and fast but I do have plans to swap the slushbox for a 5-speed.

Other than that, I have a passion for all vintage BMWs. Right now I'm starting a full restoration on my second BMW Isetta. That will keep me busy for the next two or three years.

Welcome to all the new members!

Trevor

Welcome to the forum and thanks for joining us Trevor. There are a number of E34 owners on here, seems to be the popular Canadian choice. Quite a few Alpina owners seem to be in Alberta, too. Not sure if its your proximity to the Pacific Rim and those Japan market cars, or your vast oil wealth that accounts for that!

Share some pics, including the Isettas. Those are real classics. They've undergone some dramatic price appreciation over the past 10 years, too.
