Is it legal in your town to wash your car on the street with chemicals?

@jeazyc - Sorry I didn't see this sooner. No insurance on the car at the moment.

Yes, you can wash your car on the street. I usually try and wash on the grass, so the lawn gets watered at the same time

Did an easy job of replacing the rear door handle surrounds. This is the second time I've done it, and looking back at my old photos the first time I did it, the surround didn't fade like this. Just the rubber had deteriorated. When I took this one off, it looked like it was a BMW part the same as the new one I got.

If this one fades, I'll have to go junkyard hunting for an original and see if I can just swap the rubber backing older. Photos below of "old" vs new.

Interesting, I've never seen it fade that badly before.

Nice!
Did not know that the B8 is a E36 with a V8.
I had an E32 740iL with the same base engine and loved how it drove.

Yup, it's a sneaky one!

ECS order placed today. Trunk seal and new rubber gasket for the fuel cap for this car. Most of the order was for the M5 and a few things for my wife's 330i as well. Old cars...they always need something!

Oil changed last night. Ready to go for the summer! Now I just need some free time! I also changed the gasket on the fuel cap.
