Default Unusual engine swap

1991 E30 318is with B7 Turbo. I'd consider it, if it was closer and I wasn't all tapped on for cars:

That is a home made Turbo engine swap, defiantly not a B7 engine or even close to it, regardless of the owner’s clam (sugar coating it). This is the same work as all the guys do on their M30 engine all over the net.

that's probably why he didn't fetch his desired price. none of his two
attempts to sell it on ebay officially worked out with 'reserve not met'.

Aside from the wheels, there was nothing Alpina about that car, so I don't even know why the claim was made. It was a 745i setup with an Alpina sticker on the valve cover.
