Default interior door panels front and rear

All four panels on my B10 biturbo have come unglued from the backing. My car does not have the wood trim so would standard E34 door panels be the same, once I've attached the Alpina fabric to them?

I know there is a set of B10 door panels out in Vancouver, but they have the wood trim.
