Cheap cars on the way?
Thanks to the unrelenting quantitative easing of the Bank of Japan we are back at 100:1 JPY to Canadian $.
Could we see 120:1 or even 150:1 in the next couple of years? |

Even if we do it (unfortunately) won't mean cheaper cars for us. The JPY has plunged against all currencies and most others are doing better than the CAD. Therefore IMO, the cars we want may actually still be more expensive. If you want something more common then the prices will likely come down, but not for rare stuff.
