BMW 2002 Alpina value
I am throwing this out there to see if there are any opinions on the value of an authentic BMW 2002 Alpina with original paint. The early Alpinas are difficult to determine their pedigree, so some caution must be exercised when stating authentic, however, given the assumption that the car is indeed authentic, I'd enjoy hearing opinions on the value of such a car.

I think it's really hard to say. Especially, in North America where the cars were never sold new. The crappy no help answer is that it's worth what someone is willing to pay.
For example if you look at the price of E46 Alpina's right now in Japan they are selling for something like $14,000 CAD. Just the car price. So landed on the west coast of Canada you'd probably be something like $17,000 CAD. I'd bet you'd have a hard time selling it for even $12,000 locally. |
