I'm sure he's sad to see it go but if the early bidding is any indication his wallet will be happy.

No kidding. At this rate it could get to $100k+

Wow - what an outcome. Good for the seller.

It would be interesting to have an ongoing value for our older Alpinas that don't trade too often.
