You can actually get a paper diagram sheet from Alpina which gives you the exact measurements for where to put the stripes. I just got a set of instructions from Alpina through KSK, and it showed the exact placement of everything. It also showed that in addition to the 3mm stripes, there was also a set with 2mm stripes. Without studying accurate images or getting a hold of the paper diagram ( template), this is what happens when deco trim is applied incorrectly.
