Hey, everybody!

I recently acquired a 1994 B3 3.0/1, #155. Car was made for the Japan market where it spent nearly all of its life. I bought from a seller in Canada, where the car had been imported earlier this year.

Here's some quick specs:
4 door sedan
Arctic Grey
Silver Deco Set stripes
Alpina cloth interior
Luxury Wood trim
Switchtronic transmission
VDO gauge pack

She's in great shape, but not perfect. It is 25 years old, after all! Some initial needs are:

Needs new shocks
VDO gauge pack not working
Rear spoiler is missing
Radio head unit and speakers need replacing
Will eventually need a repaint
Wheels need refinishing

Eventually, I'll want to do the brakes. Are they standard E36 325i calipers? Pads?

Any help or advice on this project is greatly appreciated. It is awesome having such a rare BMW! Looking forward to getting her back in tip top shape!

Here's a quick link to a photo of the car. It is an extremely rare color. I could only find 4 listed in the Alpina archive and 3 of them are listed as dismantled, so this could potentially be the only one in existence in Arctic Grey.

Fantastic colour on your B3, especially with white corner lenses. Gorgeous.

Welcome to the forum. You're sure to have one of the few E36 Alpinas in the U.S.!

Thanks @Stirling! From what I can tell, I think there are currently around 5 E36 Alpinas in the US (maybe more). I'm sure that number will continue to increase as they turn 25 years old.
