hello to everyone on the forum. we have a 1978 or 79 528 alpina. the model number on the door says 528/a. we dont really know much about the car it was purchased new by a family friend. he apparently took it to callaway and had a turbo installed on it by them. cant really find any info on the callaway system or much about the car in general. its been sitting in the garage for about 10 years we just recently pulled it out to clean it up and start driving it. possibly sell it. it has 36k miles on it and seems to run fine. when the family first acquired it it didnt run and needed a catalytic converter to pass smog here in california. ended up needing a new computer and a few other things to make it run. so anyway thats what we know. just looking to gather some more info on the car rarity, value, hp/tq specs with turbo, any info as we have none. this seems like the place to inquire. thanks in advance. alex
