i just noticed this for sale in alberta . not often do u see one of the rare canadian euro M's for sale and this one has higher K's but does appear to be well maintained .

Worst colour IMO, but as you said super rare. Not as rare as your B8 ;) but probably one of the rarest cars sold new in Canada.
